Redcon1 MRE Meal Replacement

I'm doing crossfit for almost a year now and was loosing too much weight (i went from 165 pounds to 142). My coach suggested me to take protein supplements. That`s what i did and it worked great for me. My weight is stable at 150 and i feel i have more fuel in the tank at the end of the workouts.
