BALL Engineer III Pioneer II Rainbow Chronometer (36mm) NL9616C-S5CJ-BKR

Great watch but there were some issues. The threaded pin at the case to bracelet final lug was backed out. Not sure if this came like this from Ball or if Tachymeter was doing something with the watch prior to shipping it out? All of the protective plastic had been removed, again not sure if this was for display purposes or this was a return. The watch was in new condition, just lost a little of the new watch presentation experience.
