This is the re-named 'Cold and Flu' Soak' and appears to have the same ingredients as before. For anyone suffering from a heavy cold, the flu' or Covid, a few caps of this in a steaming bath helped ease my sinuses and promoted a better night's sleep. Alternatively, inhaling a cap's worth in a bowl of hot water also helps. Highly recommended.
