Flea/Tick Trapper by Ozzi Mozzie™

Very hard to review a product when you never received the product. I requested to change address within an hour which they said I can do but get an instant email in response saying we are running 72 hours behind. I’m expected to chase everything up now and it could be anywhere. Bloody terrible customer service, would not buy from them no matter how good product was but I guess I’ll never know. Now I get two or three emails a day asking if I want to buy anything else?

Product is useless, nothing like what is shown not worth $50, will not be shopping with this store again

Part missing...product nothing like advertised physically...will be seeking refund!!!!!
