Great Cap and Even Better Customer Service

I had a great experience at Boston Scally Cap, especially with the Salt Box Scally Cap I picked up at the Waltham store. The cap itself is awesome, great quality, comfortable fit, and has that perfect classic Boston look without feeling overly flashy. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience of finding the right cap easy and enjoyable. I love the style and color and have received several compliments on the look, however a couple of stitches in the seam of the lining either broke or came undone at the top edge. As a result the seam is beginning to separate. I’ve only worn the cap about three times. I’m concerned that it will come apart with wear, so I’m wondering about the durability of the cap.
