Not off to a good start

1. The cover arrived without attachment screws or key for the locks. 2. The keypad buttons do not work, making it impossible to operate the jets or lights. This reflects poor quality control, as this should have been checked prior to leaving the factory. 3. The unit lacks a startup guide. It comes instead with an owners manual which is poorly written and organized.
