Mostly great! Perfect for a smaller area

I'm so excited to have a hottub finally. I did a lot of research and decided on this one because the other small option didn't have any inside insulation. I live in MN so I needed a tub that could handle the cold. I stupidly started this up on a cold day and the water froze in the lines at the pump. I had to thaw them to get things running. Note: start on a warmer day! I could not find the drainage hose, it was really tucked up and back in the housing and things are sharp in there! Cut my finger pretty bad while trying to get it. On the super plus side, now that I've got it up to temp, it really holds steady even when it's 10 degrees outside! I don't love the roughness of the surface on my bare skin, but I wear little shorts and it doesn't feel too rough on my neck. The jets are not super strong but definitely strong enough and I love that I'm able to plug this into an outlet. Overall, a fantastic tub for a single or couple.
