Could Be Better
The recipes and ingredients are pretty repetitive. There are a lot of healthy ingredients out there and this book didn’t seem to think outside the box rather than just reusing the same handful of ingredients in different ways, but they are still going to taste the same or similar. And frankly, I haven’t liked any of them that I’ve tried. I wish I hadn’t spent the money.

So Many Good Recipes!
I have the worst sweet tooth, and this book not only has a lot of excellent dessert recipes, it has a million different yummy snack ideas that are filling, nutritious, and satisfy that I NEED JUNK FOOD craving that I get.
This has helped me better meet my nutritional goals and fuel my body for workouts :)
