The drink mixes are wonderful! I have now tried the two flavors that come in this pack as well as the watermelon yuzu. They all have strong, great flavors so I like to mix them with anywhere from 16 to 40 ounces of water. I always feel a little better, too, after feeling drained and dehydrated. Even helps, somewhat, with cottonmouth when you get to that point of not drinking enough water and the water just feels/tastes bad somehow. I also feel confident drinking it knowing that it’s safe to use while breastfeeding. The bars are also great! I’ve been using them as a quick fix or grab-n-go snack for the past eight months. The chocolate chip have delightful cinnamon flavor and the blueberry ones are a little tart but, overall, they are tasty. I have not yet tried the gummies but I’m sure they’re great as well.
