I thought it was going to be too small but instead it was the right size!! Talk about shot in the dark !!

Great shinguards, offers great protection. Unfortunately the elastic that wraps around my foot tore at the seams rather quickly. Other than that, love them. 5’9” 180 ibs, medium fit well.

I ordered XL and they are great quality shin guards but the foot pads are not wide enough for my feet though I do have rather large feet (size 14)
