Such a beautiful print, and the embroidery added a nice personalised touch. The customer service and attention to detail were excellent, particularly when I received an SMS asking for my preferred thread colour for the embroidery of my name. I hadn’t realised I may have forgotten to choose one when placing my order online. They went the extra effort to make sure I selected the colour myself, which you don’t often see nowadays.
