TLDR: Great customer service, fantastic product. I will come back here again.
First things first. I ordered the wrong size by mistake.
Venito allowed me to reorder a new one and gave me an RMA for the one I mistakenly ordered. No hassle.
I did need to pay for return shipping, but considering the mistake was mine, I think this was appropriate.
On to the actual product.
The leather has a great feel to it and the stitching is even and solid. The color of the leather has a slight gradiant that I find makes it look more natural and adds a real hand made, quality look to it. It does not look like something pumped through a factory at 1000 units an hour. It looks like each product will be slightly unique, which in my opinion adds value.
The overall case feels very durable. It is not flimsy. It has two parts to it. The "case" part that holds the phone, and the front cover that holds the cards/money. You can detach the case from the cover (which I find is necessary, in order to charge on my wireless charging pad). This is performed by sliding a leather flap into a sewed slot, in the back of the case. It makes the overall case a *little* thicker overall, but worth it, in my opinion, to give you the option to remove the cover.
The cover has a few slots to add some cards and a pocket for cash. These are very tight and it has been difficult to get the cards in and out, along with the cash. However, this is leather, and I fully expect the leather to form to the cards, just a bit, and it will be a little easier as the the leather wears. So, I don't see this as a detractor, just a mention, that you will need to wear-in the product a bit, just like a quality pair of leather shoes. Adding the cards does add a bit more thickness, so once everything is together, it is not a a particularly slim case.
With all that being said, I love it. I love the way it looks, the way it feels, and the how it wears. The marks on the leather it picks up, the way the stitching looks, everything.
The only thing I would recommend that Venito does, is provide an example of the personalization. I was interested, but I had no idea where it would go or how it would look or be done. A simple XXX-XXX at the location, using the style would be all I needed to make an informed decision.
