I ordered my primal size but needed to exchange for a size up. Exchange process was a but confusing but CS was ultimately very communicative and we got there! Compared to other dolce vita I own, the plastic doesn't stetch over time like leather shoes. I still got blisters first wear (i walked about 2 miles in them), but think it is a normal process breaking in new shoes and will become better with time, or slower progression to long walks. These are comfortably cushioned on the bottom and stylish. I get lots of compliments and my inner child is so satisfied. Worth it!

So cute - expect compliments
Very happy with this purchase! For half-size, you could probably get away with both smaller and larger (I went up a half size) because it's very roomy and comfortable.
