Let down

Purchased a pair of square padded knee guard for my son after learning about the product. Just a couple of training sessions in, the stitching started to come off. Sent email (and photos) to them and after not receiving any reply for a week, I called and left a message (still waiting to hear from them). Not a great buying experience.
