Absolutely beautiful, unique, special stamp

I love my Black Bird return address stamp so much! It's beautifully carved, easy to use, and such a special addition to my postal desk (I write a lot of handwritten 'snail mail' and have a little desk with all my paper, envelopes, stamps, flowers, wax seals etc.). When there was an issue with the first stamp - a small piece wasn't quite cut out so my name didn't read correctly - Monika couldn't have been more helpful. She replied to my query very quickly, helped me to check if it was fixable at home and, when it was not, sent me a replacement super fast. Five stars for both product and service!
