The chocolate yarn had a little red shade but was able to use it for our Eagle plushies. We made 50 Eagles 8" tall and gave them away at the VA Hospital in Bonham, TX. Ordered more to make 50 more Eagles.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I was missing two balls of yarn when I got my order and they Immediately got it fixed and sent them to me. I got them super fast. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good experience with customer service before!

Was excited as this was my first order with Premier. I watch lots of youtube crocheters and many have talked about this yarn. However, I'm not sure if it was just because these were older skeins or what, but I was very disappointed with it. The yarn was mostly just flat (no roundness or fluffiness...almost like it had been vac packed or sitting around awhile (the skein was wound very tight also). I thought after it had a chance to sit unopened awhile or when using it to crochet, it might fluff up some, but didn't happen. The stitch definition is definitely not "full looking" like all my other #6 bulky yarns, and it was like you had to pull hard to get it through the stitches, like it was dragging across the hook (and I tried metal and plastic hooks both). Maybe these are colors they are going to be discontinuing or old or something, but I can tell you from all the items I've seen made with this yarn, it didn't live up to the quality I'd seen at all, and lots of people like working with this yarn. Maybe I just got some bad yarn and hope the quality is better than these.
