I’ve been a long time customer and on my last purchase I was not very happy with the smell from the shampoo and conditioner I purchased. The staff at Dr Squatch reached out, and I was not expecting anything in return. The staff member took care of me and sent another different shampoo and conditioner. I was very happy with this. And and been very happy with all there bar soaps. I love them!!! Thank you guys.

Same as all the other ocean, tropical smells but of my hair, just the best. But I will say first time I used it with the conditioner it made my hair feel like I had put some gel in it. Weird weird!
