Took over two weeks just to send it out to me. I'd have expected next-day for the $20 shipping they charge... or at least drop it off at the post office on time. Obviously this is just generic coffee but they couldn't even bother with pretty packaging - the bag is completely plain and just has a paper card around it as pictured. I got this for someone as a gift, but even I'm appalled. Imagine willingly paying $55 for this.
