Improved posture.

Very comfortable (especially for bare or socked feet). Makes me sit up straight while at my computer. Highly recommend.

I tend to have bad posture when I am sitting on my chair because my foot does not touch the ground. I feel so comfortable and relaxed with my foot being on this desky foot rest.
