I like the this company as they are very responsive. I like the plug in as there are less things to have issues with. I also like the extra keys. Those are what make it a great "10 key" setup.

While we like the way it operates, I did not notice that there is no C or AC button on the pad. Small inconvenience but nevertheless I wish the number pad had a way to clear the entries. Also, when first attaching the number pad we are prompted to match the laptop to a full size keyboard.
