I like truthful people.

When I sent in my order I was surprised the owner of the company contacted me before completing the sale. There is no one gutter tool that "does it all". There are many variables when cleaning gutters... Hight of the gutter, access to the gutter, whats in the gutter - etc etc. Professionals know this going in but many of you may not consider this when buying. If your a newbie it is a big plus to have a company explain some of this to you. The second thing is the company actually listens to its customers and returns emails or calls! To me that is A big deal. I had a problem,with a part- they responded quickly. When I suggested some improvements they actually took an interest.,,Who really doea that anymore? So bottom line is: I got a good gutter vac, at a lower cost with a company that's supports it and stays active in improving the product.
