Great content
Great information and recipes. Just not real fond of the graphics and different color pages. Find it detracts from the content, but maybe just showing my older age!

A necessity for your life!
This is such an amazing cookbook the depth of knowledge and accessibility has made it a new staple to use in my home. I loved the authenticity of the ingredients and if needed the substitutions. Really I purchased for the dip recipes, it has multiple types that I was never able to find just searching the internet, and not having any Vietnamese relatives to ask.
