Radxa Heatsink 6540B with fan for Radxa ROCK 5C/ 5C Lite

Not so good fit fot Cubie A7A, but work

I had the best possible experience with my first order in ARACE shop. I ordered right before chinese new year so I didn't expect it to be shipped before the end of the holiday. The cooler was shipped at 4-th of march and delivered at 11-th of march. No additional fees so great. About the heatsink. It's not the best fit for the board but at least I'm glad I could use it and I didn't have to make my own. So that is positive. But it's flat on the bottom and it overlaps other components which are higher than the A733 SoC. Also it overlaps the wifi module so I had to use all the heat conducting pads I've got with the heatsink. I had to figure out where to put them carefully. It wasn't obvious where. I've put 1 at the RAM chip. 1 at the power source chip and 2 at A733 SoC. Then I fitted the heatsink. I'm not sure if it was ment to install it this way, but it's not ideal, but it works. It stayed standing on the wifi chip metal case. If I could say how to improve the design, I would say to add 1 more copper or aluminium plate in the package, 2 scrues and prepare holes into the existing plate so you can mount your plate where your SoC is using thermal paste and thermal. It's more elegant then this and you don't need so many termopads. I would add 2 or 3 rubber stands sticker stands to use as distancing element between the heatsink and the board. It would be possible to prepare the heatsink exactly for your board together with the ruber stands so nobody has to figure out how to do it. Oveall It works, but It can be better. Everything needed has been included in the package. I bought it for Cubie A7A board, but it fits also for other boards. Thank you.
