Revitalizing Lash Serum

Very disappointing customer service. I received the wrong item in my order, and instead of resolving the issue quickly by simply sending the correct product, the store made the process unnecessarily complicated. They insisted that I ship the incorrect item back first and then stated they would maybe send the correct item after they review and approve the return. This puts all the inconvenience and risk on the customer, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. At this point, I didn’t even bother mentioning that the cap on one of the shampoos I received was broken - I just wanted the correct item I originally paid for. What should have been a simple, customer-friendly fix turned into a frustrating and time-consuming process. Definitely not the level of service I expect, and I won’t be ordering again.

Waiting for results

It goes on nicely. It’s too soon to tell if there is any change, but I am hopeful.
