Ethiopian Yirgacheffe

This coffee is indeed unique offering the flavour to the taste buds as it claims. First, I made a Turkish coffee drink with an added 30% of cold milk. The drink had a mild soothing flavour of a light roasted coffee. For the second time, I just made Turkish coffee all with water and no milk. The taste was quite citrusy unlike the first round made with milk. Now I wonder why this medium roast coffee has a paler colour compared with other medium roasts that yield a dark brown 🤔! I like the apricot flavor in it, but I prefer less acidity and more body. Next time I'm going to try a different Ethiopian variety.
