Rome Round Circle Crossbody Bag

I wouldn't purchase from this company based on the quality of the bags or the customer service. For the price tag of the bags the quality of them is so poor and similar to what you would get in cheap high street shops. They don't seem luxury and the company don't seem to have looked after them or take any pride in them. I got a gift card for my birthday and I have had to return several bags already and purchase other ones as they all arrived damaged and were made of really cheap materials. The postage is also incredibly slow, taking weeks to arrive. Customer service has been slow and unfazed/indifferent every time I've contacted about the issues. This last time, yet again a bag has arrived damaged (in the same way as previous ones - it looks like it has been thrown around and not looked after at the warehouse) and I haven't even had a response from customer service now, despite chasing the email up twice in the last two weeks. I've given up now and am just glad I didn't waste my own money.

Fabulous bag. The first bag that I ordered had been sold out so I was offered another one from the range. I am glad that I did as it is really super. Great quality and the help that I received from the company was over and above. I would totally recommend.

Unfortunately the strap is damaged. I have been in touch with your customer care but still not resolved. Very embarrassing as bought as a gift!
