• Item didn’t arrive • Was told that the delivery information proved that it was delivered however, I never received this order. Simplyhair refused to give me my money back or send a replacement. I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I have EVER received! Instead of rectifying the situation, they told me to go to the police. I mean come on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This is the Second time I’ve ordered hair. This batch was not such good quality. Was very dry once washed. I’ve used a lot of serum !!! I guess that happens when it’s human hair. Just a bit disappointing
