SHIFT-RIGHT Solution: Ball Bearing Shifters

Replaced stock 2003 996 C4S manual transmission with Function First kit. I had only 55K miles on shifter but when I took it apart the plastic bushings were so worn it had a pile of shredded plastic below it. New kit makes it tight and precise. Very happy and was the best money I've spent on upgrades for a long time. Would highly recommend. I wish the company would make a kit for the 915 shifter in my 86 Carrera..!!

My 2002 911 shifter had some play in it with only 39K miles. Installed Function First shifter. It was even easier than the videos made it look. Huge positive difference in crispness and precision. There is no better upgrade to the driving dynamics and driver interface than solid predictable shifting. Major win.
