Valhalla Inspired by Aventus

Giving three star because Barrett has phenomenal service and ships quick. But the fragrance? Well...not impressed. Their whole Valhalla line has a metallic (unknown) undertone that hits my nose wrong. I have this, Valhalla Cologne, and Absolu. All of them, to me, perform subpar- and although they are "inspired" by scents, not necessarily 1:1 clones- in most cases don't feel like they even sparingly share the same DNA at all. I wanted to love them, because I have a connection in my heart to the name. The Absolu has had some time to mature, and hasn't improved much, but is wearable. Valhalla and the Cologne- at this point are not even wearable. So we'll see if these get better after introducing some oxygen to the bottle, and letting them sit.

Wow impressive this is my first Barrett and I know I’ll get more. So close to the OG and last for hours.
