Thick nice fabric. Definitely a cool weather dress.

Thick fabric.. not flimsy in any way. Good length for tall girls and can be easily hemmed for under 5-4”. Pleasantly surprised, worth the price. I have to say I was disappointed that it didn’t have fringes since all the pictures shown had the fringes on the black garment.
