Beautiful leather

Beautiful soft leather will only get more buttery with wear! Only wish the stap was a bit longer.

I received this bag and thought it was lovely. Upon further inspection I noticed the zipper has some discoloration and the ends were not even. When I explained this to their customer service, they insisted they could not see any discrepancies. They were not very accommodating. That it was my responsibility to pay for the return. After already paying for duties and delivery. Very disappointing to say the least. The quality of the leather was beautiful.. if you can get past the issues I described ..I guess paying $250 is ok. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
