Bridal Headband, Quinceanera Headband, Sparkling Headband for Bride

Warning, read this company’s return policy. I recently received this item and it was missing a stone. I reached out to customer service requesting a replacement. I was told to drive to Los Angeles to have it repaired or they would send me the missing stone so I can repair it myself. Why would I want to do that I just paid $123 for the headband. If I send it back, first, I need an authorizing email from Pro bridal. If I send the item back without their authorizing email, the send back charge is 40%. On top of that, there is a $25 cost to exchange the item. Bottom line, I just want the headband replaced.
