After on use

I've only had time to use it just once so far.I did a small brisket,about 8 lbs.It came out excellant.The ease of use.The not having to constantly tend it.Couldnt be more pleased.Highly recommend.

Replacement for my 20+ year old Bradley 6 rack lost in Hurricane Idalia

We received our smoker unboxed, assembled, very minimal required, plugged in, seasoned and we were ready to go. My wife and I are Certified Master BBQ judges with Kansas City Barbecue Society, and we own a BBQ Sauce and Rub company so our BBQ must be perfect every time. Our Bradley delivers perfection.
