I’ve previously done a variety of smoking options with the green egg and other charcoal grills… But the Bradley smoker not only is so much easier it also provides much more flavor! The results are amazing! And I love the variety of smoking options. Each one that I’ve tried so far is fun to learn how to pair with different foods to best enhance their flavor.
