Basically they won't stand behind their product. Not responsible for any reassembly. So if the door falls off the smoker like mine did on first use, they may send a replacement door with no hardware. You will have to figure out how to install the temperature gauge yourself cause they will not include any instructions. The Bradley Smoker carries with it a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Requirements and Limitations: The warranty is effective from the date of purchase. Keep your sales receipt as proof of purchase date. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of components as determined by Bradley Smoker Inc. Bradley Smoker at its discretion will provide a replacement component for any component found by Bradley Smoker to be defective and shall not be responsible for any re‐assembly. This limited warranty is non‐transferable and becomes void if the product is used for commercial or rental purposes. The warranty covers manufacturer's defects only. This limited warranty will not reimburse you for the cost of any inconvenience, food, personal injury, or property damage. The warranty is valid only in the country of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the original consumer/purchaser for all in/out of warranty parts orders. The serial number of the smoker must be provided on all warranty claims.

Was a Father’s Day present for my husband, just in time for him to use on Fourth of July! He loved it! He got lots of compliments on the smokey flavor of the pulled pork and smoked brown beans he made.

Door fell off on first use. Model BS611

First time using this smoker I opened the door to remove some meat and it fell off the hinges. No way to put it back on the smoker. Contacted Customer Service and reported the issue, sent pictures and the sent me a new door to put on the unit. The door they sent has a hole where the thermometer should be attached, no hardware to hang the door and no instructions, just a door with a hole in it. This was brand new and broke on the first use. I've contacted the company again, we'll see what they will do. I do not recommend purchasing this smoker
