Missing Gift Wrapping and Note Card

Hello, I recently received my order, Order S704316, and I was disappointed to find that it did not include the items I specifically selected at checkout. I had chosen the signature gift wrapping option and included a Father's Day note card, as this order was intended to be a gift. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, neither the gift wrapping nor the note card was included. I paid for these additions and selected them because they were an important part of the gift experience. As you can imagine, it was frustrating to discover they were missing upon delivery. I’m no fragrance reviewer, believe me. I did have this set recommended to me based on my fragrance preference. The three fragrances are quite enjoyable to wear. I’m sure a professional review can explain better.
