Sheer but bright!
Excellent formula- but hard to get the color pictured. 3 coats by itself was still sheer and you could see the nail line. However, putting down a white base coat then 2 coats of Electric Washed is amazing! Gets you that neon color.

AMAZING!!
Every color I've ordered has come super quick. The colors are all soo amazing that I keep switching which one I'm wearing because as you obviously know, "You don't need to be the same everyday"!
