Cancer survivor socks

I bought these for myself and they might be my prettiest pair yet!! And I have a lot of pairs.

Very, very beautiful, but not so comfortable.

I absolutely love the colors and patterns of these socks! But I wish the yarn were more stretchy. I was aware that they would shrink. Somehow they manage to be difficult to put on, since there is so little stretch in the yarn, but also somewhat baggy once they are on. The toe seams are quite bulky and uncomfortable. There also seem to be lots of bits of yarn sticking out. The openings of the two socks are noticeably different in size. The wool blend yarn seems to have more stretch. Wish there were more cooler options in the wool.
