BMW R1200 RS (15-19) SHAD Top Box Fitting Kit

My husband recently bought a new bike which came with Shad Pannier but we wanted a top box big enough for 2 helmets . The instruction for which top plate (as there were 2 option) were a bit ambiguous. A call to SHAD for help was more than worth the email, as they told me exactly which plate was needed for the type of rack the bike has and good recommedation for a top box (which we went with). the top box is an expanding one, which i have never seen before and when in the high position (see photo) it is huge, although pillion finds it harder getting on and off if its left in the high position. i contacted them again about getting a spare key for the pannier which may be harder than you think but they have given me an option of buying 3 locksets which would key them all the same and only cost £48 so im iffing and amming about that at the moment. Service and help from SHAD seems 2nd to none at the moment which is great as we re in an era of everything going AI or done by BOTS. I cant thank SHAD enough recently.
