Very nice hat.

I was very pleased with the hat that I recieved. I clicked on a box for a free hat reducer. I was accidentally charged for it. After using the chat feature I was promised a refund. I'm ready to make another purchase, but I'm in a holding pattern. I like to keep my word and kind of expect the same.
