Keeping it Real with Arthritis

This is an excellent book on the compilation of many different stories shared by real-life individuals who live with arthritis and other forms of arthritic conditions. The stories are relatable, inspirational, heart-warming, and educational. I’m glad to have the opportunity to obtain a hard copy of the book in my collection of stories told by arthritis patients.

This book made me feel seen and like I have a community at my fingertips. So many different stories I related to and gained new knowledge. It’s a great book and making you feel like you aren’t in this alone. Although our disease is invisible we are seen and heard.

This book is perfect for those battling Arthritis! Or for those who have family members or friends struggling from arthritis. I bring awareness on social media and the first piece of advice I give is to connect with others who understand what you're going through. This book is that! It helps to read others stories and struggles to show that your'e not alone! I definitely recommend this book!
