I have been taking Switch Nutrition NAC powder in the evening instead of the morning. I have noticed a better sleep quality, I don't seem to wake up in the middle of the night anymore and have been waking up feeling I am well rested!

My doctor recommended I take it. Surprisingly it doesn’t taste too bad in water but you can’t notice it in juice… so that’s a positive for me as it encourages me to continue taking it 😊
