Strong vibration

I bought this watch for my daughter to remind her to drink and use the toilet. The watch is easy to set and it functions as advertised. Unfortunately my daughter found the vibration too strong and due to sensory issues she refuses to wear it so I'm unable to give it 5 stars as I do think this must be an issue for others and I couldn't find a way to reduce the strength or duration of the vibration.
