I ordered the 100ft hose back in November to water all my animals through the winter. It worked great and was much lighter than my previous hose. We loved it!! Then just 2 months later in the middle of our horrific arctic winter the hose froze. I inspected it and found that the wires appeared to have somehow burned through the hose lining and shorted out. I contacted the company and sent them a picture and my receipt records and they very quickly sent me a brand new hose. It arrived within a week and I’m thankful we are no longer hauling buckets of water through the snow to water our livestock animals. The new hose is working great so far and I’m very happy with it and the great customer service of this company.

Hasn’t gotten cold yet for me to really see how it works but seems to be doing its part. I like that it doesn’t stay warm the whole time but it’ll turn on when it does get cold like it did the other day
