I was sent the wrong item. I got the correct color of beanie but I ordered the kj logo and was sent the prodigy logo. Then I was told I’ve got to jump through a bunch of hoops to receive the correct item. I am not happy. I shouldn’t be made out as though I’m lying about what I received or didn’t. Also Im contacting you all and you all have the receipts and packing slips to prove what was sent out and if it was correct or not. This boils down to prodigy having horrible quality control.
