One big problem

This bag has strengths but also one massive weakness. The strength is that it largely copied Peak Design and so has a creative and efficient use of space in an appealing form. Also the material does seem to be durable and water resistant. The massive problem is the zip. The zip sticks when moving around any curve and is unworkable. Every act of zipping on unzipping takes so much time it’s frustrating. This situation is exacerbated for me because of arthritis in my right index finger, but even without that the zips would be unworkable. I could return it, but I’d be paying for shipping and that would be easily half the price of the bag. So overall, it’s an unusable bag that I’m stuck with.
