Ah, the relief!

I’m so aware of grounding, but with winter coming and needing longer times to earth, I got the quilted pad. I chose that because it gave me lots of options for where to use. Currently, it is draped over the sofa arm so I can get some relief from the arthritis in my fingers. Has been working well after only a few days. Sleep has improved too. I have also had the pad on the floor for my feet, and can put it on my bed by my pillow. Great to be able to take it away with me too. I noted the first few hours my hands, legs and feet got very warm and tingly (like pins and needles), but it’s not really a bother now I have been using the pad for a bit. I’m very happy with the product and the marvellous service, from a local company too.
