Earthing Silver Socks for Grounding and Antibacterial Support

I’ve found them to be warm and lovely to wear. But too hot to wear in our summer time in the Uk, unless it turns cooler, to wear in bed. But around the home lovely. I’m considering buying another pair. My ankles hurt normally when I get up from sitting a short while in a chair. Whilst wearing these socks they don’t. Hence the reason I’m considering the second pair. I’m unsure how to wash the socks so would love to know how to keep them nice and fresh. Thank you.
