Charcoal & Tea Tree Face Soap, Main Product Line, Beginner Friendly (RECIPE ONLY!)

I’ve been diving head first but half blind until now. The recipe I bought from muddy mint was well worth the price. Directions were clear and I love using the 50/50 lye solution. It was my first attempt at cold process soap. I chose this recipe because it seemed very doable. As far as I can tell it’s going to be a nice bar in 4 weeks. The brick set up in 24 hrs. I got it cut and curing on a shelf. 🙂 I would definitely recommend the recipes from muddy mint.

I made the soap and the directions were clear. It was a very smooth process and the cut bars feels delightful. I am currently waiting for them to cure so haven’t used them yet.

I really love the Muddy Mint recipes and the Charcoal & Tea Tree Face Soap did not disappoint. I highly recommend buying the book where there are sooo many recipes and is super instructive. I also bought the Mountain Man recipe on the website. It is my favorite for sure. One more thing, folks are looking for these soaps so it is to your benefit to let everyone know these are the Muddy Mint recipes. Super grateful to Simi and gang for sharing and sad to see them go. I came to the scene too late, after they closed, and never got to buy an original.
