We use the Room Scheduler Mount in our current office, and ordered additional ones for a new office buildout. We already love the products, but this review is about the customer service. When we didn't actually receive our delivery from the carrier, the Heckler customer service team - shout-out Jules! - was immediately responsive, replaced our order without questions, and is managing the delivery dispute on their end. It was such a relief, and because of this level of customer service, we'll be life-time customers.
